'Guided Tours'
We offer guided tours to many areas of andalucia, each with their own characters, we aim to give you as wide a spectrum as possible, and we can’t list all routes, here because there are so many excellent ones. Here are one or two appetizers.
Arrival
Meet and greet upon your arrival at Malaga airport. you will then be transferred to our cortijo high in the mountains. you can settle in and look round the area. In the evening we will pop to the local village and get to know each other over a meal and glass or two. we will discuss one or two types of tours and see if you can agree which to try first.
Tour One
Bikes out quick briefing and set off down to the local villages, 80 bends and a hairpin to warm up on . We head past, Aljiamia towards pizarra where remains dating back to prehistoric times have been found .On to Alora a beautiful whitewashed village with a very impressive castle ruins high on the mountain , a stop here if only for the views. leaving Alora we take the road of many bends to the impressive area of el Chorro here we will stop for coffee and cake and take in the views of the lakes, the rock formations and the bridge over the gorge, then head up to the top lake (Awesome views)

Then drop back down to more lakes the turquoise blue colour is unbelievable, here we will have some food and relax by the lakes, swim or whatever. When ready it’s another road past different lakes, excellent scenery. On to the ma 452 fairly fast bit of road with good corners. We then get on the A357 here we can open the throttle a little bit !! all the way back to Cartama here we will pop in to local biker bar then head up to cortijo. approx 210 km of mainly twisty mountain roads with plenty of excellent scenery.
Tour Two
Leave cortijo to Campanillos, skirt round and head north along river to Almogia 40 km of steady uphill twists, near Almogia we will drop into a valley and tour the mountain roads, scenery is tops, and part of this road is new and built for bikers stop near the biggest white elephant dam ever constructed, then into Almogia for some food. Afterwards its up to el Torcal national park the rock formation here is a sight to see, we skirt round the mountain to Antequera se the castle here, then out of here towards Campillos, cutting through Bobadilla fast stretch this. Into Campillos (coffee) then to Teba, to Ardales then to Cartama. over 250 km of various road types, scenery and views for the camera.
Tour Three
Cortijo to Malaga past port and keep to coast road riding through various typical fishing areas, at Torre del Mar we will have a coffee by the med, then its off to Nerja, where we will visit the world famous caves, these really are spectacular, after caves we will have some lunch ,again overlooking the med, from here we head west then north to Torrox, then across to Competa one of the first inland areas for expats. Competa to Colmenar is the next run and what a find this is, then to Casabermeja then a ride back to Malaga and then to cortijo, again over 250 km of very mixed road types.
Tour Four
Cortijo to village then down to Marbella good down hill run here, then off up to Ronda on the legendry A-397 stop half way for coffee At Ronda there is plenty to see so cameras out , the bridge over the taco gorge is very impressive at 98m tall it is the second attempt and took 40 years to complete (the first one collapsed killing 50 workers).also here is the oldest bullring dating back to 1572. from here we go to Cuevas del Becerro then to Serrato and to el Burgo, el Burgo to Yunquera, then to coin and back to cortijo. this is over 225 km of roads with the most and some of the best bends you will ride on and the most changing scenery ever, a top class bikers dream.
The tours above will give you some idea of the rides we do , we still have a lot of others for you to look at and try, they all offer top class roads for biking, good stop off points and good food.
